Clients here at EA Fitness really do hit the ground running, no stone is left unturned when you begin your fitness journey with us, whatever the goal may be. You will receieve a tailored exercise programme from your personal trainer, suited to your indidividual goals, with additional home-workouts provided upon request to suit your environment.
As you will probably already appreciate, nutrition can either make or break your progress. However, our personal trainer has got you covered, providing in-depth, easy to understand nutritional coaching that you can begin to apply from day one, to achieve optimal results. The nutritional coaching provided by our personal trainer is derived from a Sport and Exercise Science Degree background and will be delivered session by session to ensure you stay on the right path to achieving the results you want.

Here at EA Fitness we go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience possible throughout your fitness journey. Once you have joined the team, you will be part of a private facebook support group that provides daily fitness tips, nutritional advice, additional home-workouts, amongst much more.
All the members of the group have similar goals to your own, therefore, this provides a supportive network that is great to be a part of. EA Fitness also provide additional group sessions where you can meet your fellow group members and have a fantastic workout at the same time!
